Agents are becoming workers
They are moving from isolated chat interactions into persistent, tool-using workflows with real operational consequences.
Investor relations
CentralCtrl is building the durable control layer organizations require when autonomous work must remain coordinated, governable, and provable across a changing technology stack.
CentralCtrl is early and is not currently raising. We are building the product and putting the right structure in place first. This page sets out the thesis and what exists today — it is not an offer of securities or a solicitation.
Where we are
We would rather be straight about the stage than present an early company as further along than it is.
The platform is in daily use coordinating our own development across human contributors and multiple AI agents. That is the evidence we have; there are no customer or revenue figures to report.
There is no open round, no deck, and no data room. If and when that changes, this page will say so plainly rather than signalling it privately.
Building the product, separating the applications into their own repositories, and putting the company structure and materials in place ahead of any future round.
We are glad to talk with investors who know developer infrastructure, security, open-source business models, or agentic systems — well before there is anything to sign.
Market thesis
They are moving from isolated chat interactions into persistent, tool-using workflows with real operational consequences.
Identity, context, policy, ownership, and evidence are fragmented across vendors and surfaces.
Organizations need a neutral layer that can coordinate work without owning the model, runtime, or repository.
Why CentralCtrl
The architecture separates the durable control plane from the environments where work executes. Local tools retain local files. Cloud and specialized runtimes participate as peers. The shared layer holds intent, identity, context, policy, and proof.
That boundary establishes a vendor-neutral position in the stack and aligns with the security requirements of organizations that cannot grant repository access to every service they use.
Product evidence
Issue coordination, sessions, handoffs, context packs, completion receipts, and reviewer verdicts share a durable audit model.
StableHosted and local agent connections, workspace-scoped authentication, tool filtering, and client configuration workflows exist today.
ShippingSelf-hosted deployment, readiness checks, smoke tests, backup and restore guidance, and observability foundations are in place.
OperationalCheckpoint, resume, approval, telemetry, and cross-runtime foundations are being developed into a cohesive operator experience.
EmergingProduct-stage descriptions reflect the current repository and may change as the platform matures. No customer or financial metrics are implied.
Wedge to platform
Give technical teams one place to assign work, preserve context, coordinate parallel agents, and require evidence before completion.
Current wedgeDeepen policy, identity, quality signals, approvals, observability, and managed operations as agent fleets become business-critical.
Active directionBecome the neutral operational graph connecting work, agents, tools, decisions, evidence, reviews, and outcomes across runtimes.
AmbitionDirectional stages describe product strategy, not committed timelines or forecasts.
Business direction
The core workflow is intended to remain complete and self-hostable. Commercial value derives from the operational burden and organizational complexity of running agent infrastructure at scale.
Operating discipline
We are building from product evidence and operator learning, not vanity metrics.
The control plane is designed to work across model and tool vendors.
The architecture preserves a clear boundary around customer repositories and local execution.
