Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
CentralCtrl is a product of Teck Media Group LLC (“CentralCtrl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains the limited information we handle when you visit centralctrl.com (the “Site”) and the choices you have. In short: we do not sell your data, we set no cookies, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising.
Who we are
The controller responsible for your information is Teck Media Group LLC, based in the United States. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@centralctrl.com. This policy covers the Site only; it does not cover the CentralCtrl product, which is governed by separate agreements.
Information we collect
Information you send us. If you email support@centralctrl.com, investor@centralctrl.com, or sponsor@centralctrl.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it solely to read and respond to your message.
Information collected automatically. Like virtually every website, our web server records standard technical information for each request — your IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), the pages you request, and timestamps — in its access logs. We use these logs only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
Under California law, these amount to two categories of personal information: identifiers (such as your email and IP address) and internet or other electronic network activity (such as the pages you view). We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect more than what is described here.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, or fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and in responding to people who contact us; your consent or steps taken at your request when you email us; and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. Providing information is voluntary — you are not required to give us any personal information to browse the Site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your personal information — not for money, and not for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not set cookies or use local storage on this Site.
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels.
- We load no third-party fonts, scripts, or assets — the site renders in your device’s own system typeface, so simply viewing a page does not contact any other company’s servers.
- We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and tracking signals
This Site does not use cookies, local storage, or similar tracking technologies, and it does not track you across other websites or over time. Because of that, some browsers’ “Do Not Track” (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals do not change our behavior — not tracking and not selling is already our default.
How we share information
We share personal information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. We use third-party providers to host the Site and handle our email. They may process information only to provide those services to us, under confidentiality obligations, and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will require the recipient to honor this policy or will notify you.
Data retention
Server access logs are retained only as long as useful for security and operations, then rotated or deleted. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or archived.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold — including serving the entire Site over encrypted HTTPS and limiting who can access data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Our servers are located in the United States, so the information described here is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. Because we hold very little information, the simplest way to exercise any of them is to email support@centralctrl.com, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
If the GDPR applies (EEA / UK): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent where we rely on it; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honor GPC signals regardless.
Children’s privacy
This Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or our practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
